Not at all. It does not take into account updates that owners supply on redfin and Zillow website barely allows you to list all your home renovations and updates to reflect the true value. It low balls the market value of houses and in extremally limited and allowing full renovations and updates to be taken in account
Is anyone else having disconnection errors from the server that locks you out after a few min while being online? I have already been able to change the settings, but getting the same issue.

It's very hard to diagnose such behavior. This could simply be a problem on the other side with their servers. The thing to do is to connect again and observe the behavior. If you keep receiving the same message, contacting the developers should be a top priority.
I have two accounts. Neither one is accessible on any computer. The Sign on comes up but on some computers the Go button does not work or if it appears to work and you can click it, nothing happens. I have Windows 7 and XP.

First install the application and make sure that on the SETUP menu there is no proxy set up. Once you do this, restart the client and try to connect again. I have tested the application, and it gives a message about the server being timed out. This might be also a reason for not working.
